We are currently seeking an additional person to join our small, busy Customer Service team between April and July. The role involves dealing with Member and customer queries, in person and over the phone, and processing orders of badges and other tickets for this year’s event.
Experience in a customer-facing role, attention to detail and good organisational skills are essential. Previous use of box office systems is an advantage.
Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm plus additional hours during the event.
