The Requirements:
Minimum Level 5 CIPD qualification in HR.
Accreditation in psychometrics (desirable).
Proven HR business partnering experience with a strategic and tactical approach.
Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
Excellent communication skills; confident and articulate in diverse settings.
In-depth knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and current legislation.
Ability to analyse data to understand trends and inform leadership decisions.
Strong experience in organisational design and development.
Demonstrable leadership and coaching skills with the ability to drive change and improvement.
Experience in a healthcare, educational, or residential setting (desirable).
