Summery
I am working with rapidly expanding independent used car retailer with a strong presence in the Midlands. At their Hinckley location, they consistently stock around 550-600 vehicles, all competitively priced and ready for immediate purchase, creating a high-volume, fast-paced showroom environment.
I am on the lookout for a Sales Controller who can bring both leadership and energy to sn established team. This role suits someone with a solid background in vehicle sales, a strong drive to hit targets, and the ability to support and motivate others. If you enjoy a sales floor that's always buzzing and want the chance to earn well while helping others succeed, I'd love to hear from you.
Key Skills
* Professional, approachable, and confident in customer interactions
* Exceptionally organised, driven, and motivated by achieving success
* A proactive, hands-on leadership approach - leading by example and getting involved
* Demonstrable experience in used car sales - ideally within a high-volume or supermarket-style setting
* Proven background in managing or supervising a sales team
* FCA accredited (or willing to undertake training)
The Duties
* Create a positive, high-performing environment that keeps the team motivated
* Oversee deal performance, identifying opportunities to boost revenue
* Provide guidance to team members on closing techniques and value-added product deals
* Step in to manage the site as required
* Ensure all financial documents and processes comply with standards
* Inspire and drive the sales team to consistently surpass targets
