Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and residents. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Duties
1. Perform thorough cleaning of residents rooms, communal areas, and facilities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are maintained.
2. Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
3. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors, ensuring all surfaces are free from dirt and debris.
4. Restock supplies in residents rooms and communal areas as needed.
5. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
6. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries or requests in a friendly manner.
7. Assist with laundry duties when necessary, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
Qualifications
1. Previous experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning is highly desirable.
2. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
3. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
4. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
5. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed.
6. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to the role.
