We are looking for several Teaching Assistants for ongoing work across all Key Stages from EYFS to KS5, both full-time and part-time.
If you have experience working with children in any capacity, then this role is for you.
The Role:
1. As a Teaching Assistant, you will be working with the class teacher and assisting with delivering the lesson.
2. Manage the behaviour of pupils while they undertake their work.
3. De-escalate situations within the classroom in the correct way.
4. Collect work at the end of the lesson and return it to the appropriate recipient.
The Candidate:
1. Experience working with children or a care background.
2. A character who truly makes a difference in the classroom and enjoys working with young people.
3. Excellent communication skills; verbal/written and reading comprehension.
4. Proven track record of positively impacting the lives of children; this can be in any field.
5. Creative and able to follow a lesson plan.
6. Part-time and full-time positions available.
