This permanent full-time role involves overseeing cleaning operations across multiple sites within your designated area, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Supervise cleaning teams across multiple sites, ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard. Perform regular site visits to monitor performance, assess cleaning needs, and address any issues. Ensure all tasks are completed within the allocated time frame and in line with company standards. Manage site-specific inventory, ensuring cleaning supplies are fully stocked and used efficiently. Support the training and development of cleaning staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling queries and ensuring customer satisfaction. Requirements: Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in facilities or cleaning services is preferred. Full, clean driving license (Company van provided). Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites effectively. Proactive, reliable, and organized with excellent problem-solving skills.
