Working as the Helpdesk First Line Support Technician / IT Engineer you will be the first point of contact for all incoming support requests. As the Helpdesk First Line Support Technician / IT Engineer you will review each support request, logging them on the Help Desk System and allocating them to an Engineer to resolve. After time and additional training you will have an opportunity to troubleshoot and resolve initial support tickets that fall into your level of knowledge.
