We’re seeking a driven 1st Line Support Engineer to join our team in Leigh on Sea, Essex. Key Responsibilities: Provide first/second line telephone support for service requests. Conduct on-site support visits to client locations. Troubleshoot and repair desktop PCs, laptops, and server-side issues. Manage incident and problem resolution. Set up new server solutions and perform network troubleshooting. Skills & Qualifications: Solid technical knowledge of Windows operating systems and Windows Server (Apply online only)). Proficiency in AD administration and management. Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and Office 365. Networking experience, including TCP/IP topologies, switches, and routers. Experience supporting mobile devices. Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, handling tasks under pressure with great attention to detail. A minimum of two relevant IT certifications is preferred. Additional Requirements: Full UK driving license and own transport are essential for this role.
