An exciting new opportunity has opened for a Digital Transformation Project Coordinator. This role is to support the business in the implementation and management of company-wide transformational projects.
Experience in Project Coordination is a must with a passion for growth.

The Role
Must have an interest in project management, a passion for implementing and improving company-wide processes, and a keen eye for identifying and consolidating best practices.
On a day-to-day basis, the Project Coordinator is tasked with supporting the Digital Transformation Project Manager's company-wide transformation projects, including areas such as:
1. Working with key stakeholders across the business on a variety of digital transformation projects at any one time.
2. Identifying business needs and producing project plans to address those requirements.
3. Management of project tasks and actions, identifying activities to be undertaken, actions to be completed, as well as tracking and measuring the completion rate of a project.
4. Working with stakeholders to identify and overcome barriers to project delivery.
5. Deputising for the Digital Transformation Project Manager in progress meetings with suppliers.
6. Assisting with project tasks including testing, training manual creation, and digital product support in general.
