Help guests with menu selection and drink requirements Serve food and drinks, ensuring that requests and queries are responded to in a timely and friendly manner Anticipate and attend to the guest's needs and desires immediately Communicate and work effectively within a team to ensure every guest leaves with the desire to return Understand your areas of responsibility, ensuring everything runs effectively in line with brand specification Look professional, being punctual, polite, courteous and helpful to guests and colleagues at all times Be fully conversant with the facilities, services and promotions offered More importantly, you must enjoy what you do! have a great personality, be confident, and have a 'can do attitude'.
