* Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
* Delegate tasks effectively and ensure accountability.
* Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and customer success, to ensure alignment and efficient operations.
* Support the onboarding and training of new sales team members on sales processes and systems.
* Participate in sales meetings and provide operational updates and insights.
Required Qualifications:

* Deep understanding of Salesforce (or your CRM) and related sales technologies. Salesforce administration experience is a strong plus.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data, draw meaningful conclusions, and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing sales processes.
