Job Overview Tango and 7Up are two globally recognized power brands enjoyed by millions of consumers every day. The Business Operations team is at the heart and engine room of the Britvic business, playing a critical role in delivering in-year Brand performance. The Business Operations Manager FFC role is to support the Brand Team and Commercial functions in delivering the Tango and 7Up Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Budget outcomes on internal and external measures and KPIs. This high-profile, high-potential role is seen as a stepping stone to progression within Britvic. Key Responsibilities Deliver Brand AOP and Budget on Tango and 7Up across the GB Business. Manage and support the relevant Brand owners, Commercial Growth teams, and Customer teams to ensure delivery of internal and external Budget/AOP outcomes and brand activation priorities. Lead performance insight analysis to support Brand Teams and Business Operations Controller in delivering in-year performance. Work closely with Brand, Commercial, and Category Strategy teams to deliver key Marketing and brand platforms, activations, Price Pack Architecture, and NPD projects. Facilitate the Brand Performance cycle by partnering with Brand & Finance partners, ensuring in-year performance metrics are delivered through the right cross-functional plan.
