Providing global claims solutions in over 75 countries, and being the UK’s largest provider, we need you to help us grow our legal services in both the national and international markets. This is an entry level position, so no previous experience is required, and full training provided. In addition, we offer an excellent progression programme as well as qualification support. This role will suit an ambitious individual looking to pursue a long-term career in the insurance/legal sector. You will have the opportunity to learn the foundations of claims handling and progress to a full claims handling role within approximately 12 months. How you'll make an impact Provide essential administrative assistance to our Claims teams. Open claims on the office case management system and conduct initial inquiries. Efficiently manage incoming emails and ensure timely responses. Assist with general office administrative duties in line with the role. About You This role would suit a bright school/college leaver, or someone looking to change career and learn new skills. A car owner and driver is essential due to the location of the office not being serviced by public transport. Enthusiastic and positive individual with a "can do" approach. Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner. Ability to thrive under pressure and respond to demands effectively. Adaptable to change and open to new challenges. Problem-solving mindset and the ability to find innovative solutions. Good organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Self-motivated with a proactive use of initiative. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
