The role involves:
1. Managing all appointments and diaries
2. Arranging and attending meetings
3. Preparing meeting minutes
4. Dealing with telephone enquiries
5. Managing complaints
6. Providing assistance to stakeholders
The ideal candidate will have the following:
1. Previous administration support experience
2. Great diary management skills
3. Minute-taking experience
4. Ability to work well under pressure
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Strong Microsoft Office skills
