My client are a diverse, award winning privately owned house builder who produce high end, bespoke developments of up to 150 units pa. They take huge pride in delivering beautiful, traditionally designed homes in the most sustainable way possible. The team, although small, are very friendly and professional and offer a wealth of experience.
With land purchased and new developments starting, they are now looking for a Technical Coordinate to join the team.
THE ROLE: Technical Coordinator
DUTIES:
* Preparing construction information prior to site commencement.
* Analysing fees and preparing for payment along with contractual information.
* Visiting sites to provide Technical support.
* Heading design meetings with consultants, providing meeting minutes with
* actions.
* Liaising with Management companies to co-ordinate access required by Fire Engineer and contractor by providing drawings.
* Managing all consultants with trackers
Skills and experience
* Well established experience as a technical coordinator with a house builder or working as a Architectural Technician
* Experience within design and planning process of residential developments
* Excellent communication, motivation and attention to detail
* IT competency
* Relevant building related certificates of higher education...
