Have you worked as a Technical Lead with proven track record of providing extensive 3rd Line Application Support and Lifecyle Management in a Multi-Tier Enterprise Landscape? Have you worked or have experience with a proven track record as the main Technical Lead or liaison point in an Operational Team for analysing, diagnosing and resolving 3rd Line Application Problems with multiple vendors in a Multi-Tier Architectural Landscape? Have you worked or have experience as a Technical Lead and delivering the full end-to-end design, build, delivery and ongoing support for Multiple Applications and Systems in a Multi-Tier, Architectural Enterprise Landscape? As an IT Professional you will join the Application Support team taking a leading role with the provision of various disciplines of application support. This is a pivotal role which will lead and support a team to implement the IDL, Pharmacy Stock Control and Hospital Electronic Prescribing and Medicines Administration (HEPMA) project. You will be expected to be the technical lead working with the Project / Programme Manager and key stakeholders involved in the project. You will be a team player with excellent work ethic, communication and organisational skills, holding a recognised computing qualification, HNC or higher or equivalent experience. You will also have the knowledge, skills and competencies typically gathered during the performance of a similar role including the configuration, administration and technical support of complex applications. Experience and awareness supporting and ensuring uptime of mission critical applications and managing our service providers to focus on the same. Application Support is a key function within the digital portfolio, ensuring that clinicians have the technology they need to deliver excellent patient care. You must be able to travel throughout Fife as required. A level of English language competency and communication skills necessary to perform this role safely and effectively.
