Flourish Education is currently recruiting a Teaching Assistant to work with an Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ Primary school in Alum Rock to join their support staff team on a long-term basis. The school is a larger than average mainstream primary school that invest in their staff. They understand the importance of staff wellbeing and provide appropriate practical support where necessary. Our client wants to appoint a passionate Teaching Assistant to work in Year 2 who is nurturing and has a good knowledge of the curriculum. Responsibilities in this role will include providing support to the teacher, preparing the classroom ahead of lessons and showing a high standard of modelling. Experience of using Little Wandle is desirable. This Teaching Assistant role is to start ASAP and will continue until the end of the academic year. The position is full-time.
