Your Responsibilities: Manage the overall sales for the property on an annual basis, working closely with Regional Manager and Marketing Team. Be able to effectively manage cleaning and maintenance contractors. To organise and deliver a range of social events throughout the calendar year. Ensure all expenses fall within budget and seeking approval for expenses that could exceed budget, providing budget variance explanations. Identify and correct potential liability issues with the physical facility, employees and students. Your Experience: You're probably wondering what the catch is. Well, you need an understanding of Health and Safety legislation and data protection principles and how these relates to student accommodation. Successful experience in managing operations within PBSA, BTR or Co-Living sectors. Experience of delivering the highest standard of customer service and of motivating others to do the same.
