I’ve been engaged by a well-known client with offices across the Yorkshire region, to introduce an experienced Accountancy Manager to the business. Thanks to recent practice acquisitions, an expanding client base and an eagerness for future growth, this position would be perfect for a current Senior or Manager looking for a position with clear and credible ambition to progress within a firm. Currently, this group delivers best-in-class solutions across accountancy, tax and financial planning to a diverse group of clients nationally. As a Senior Manager, you will be the face of the practice for their current and new clients. Understanding your customer's businesses at a deeper level and being proactive in delivering advisory and compliance work across Tax, Accounts and FP. With the support of the current partners, you will take ownership of the practice's growth and be rewarded through directorship. You will also play a vital role in the development of the current staff, mentoring new and existing junior members of the team. Key Responsibilities: Oversee a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring their accounting needs are met with precision and professionalism. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional service and strategic advice. Lead client engagements, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement within their financial practices. Requirements: ACA or ACCA Qualified Proven experience overseeing a client portfolio. Strong technical accounting skills and a thorough understanding of current accounting standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Ambitious and driven, with a desire to advance to a Director role within the firm.
