Day-to-day of the role: Prepare and present monthly management accounts, offering insights and analysis to aid decision-making. Develop and manage budgets, ensuring they align with business objectives and financial targets. Conduct financial forecasting to predict future trends and support strategic planning. Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and regulations. Collaborate with senior management to provide financial guidance and support for business initiatives. Implement and maintain robust financial controls and processes to safeguard company assets. Lead and mentor a finance team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in managing accounts, with strong skills in budgeting and forecasting. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a meticulous attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering effective relationships across the business. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
