The role
As a Financial Services Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality administrative support, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining excellent client relationships.
Responsibilities:
* Managing and responding to client enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records.
* Ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and internal company policies.
* Assisting senior management with administrative and operational tasks.
* Liaising with internal departments, including the technology team, to resolve client issues efficiently.
* Processing and managing documentation in line with legislative guidelines.
The candidate:
* Previous experience in pensions, employee benefits, or financial services administration.
* Strong administrative skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A professional and client-focused approach.
* The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
* A willingness to work onsite in Leicester for four days per week.
