About Us
ScanTech Offshore Ltd – part of the James Fisher Group, provides an impressive range of rental equipment including air compressors, steam generators, and rig cooling services, as well as designing, installing, and commissioning bespoke heat suppression safety systems.
The Energy Division provides safe, sustainable products and services for two core markets, oil and gas and renewables.
The Role
To be responsible for the administrative processes associated with supporting the UK operations and Great Yarmouth base team.
You will need to be organised with previous experience within an administrative role, ideally within the energy sector.
Principal Accountabilities
1. Provide administrative support to the UK operations team and SLT Team.
2. Raise purchase requisitions for the operations team, progressing to purchase orders and close out with finance team.
3. Update and maintain database applications as required.
4. Participate in the on-call rota on a 1 in 3 week basis.
5. Oversee travel for staff to GTY Base – ensuring space in staff house, arranging per diem allowance.
6. Arrange all necessary training for UK Based offshore team.
7. Positively engage with company QSHE initiatives.
Qualifications And Experience
You will need to be competent in all aspects of Microsoft Office with a high level of computer literacy.
A solid knowledge of English grammar with excellent communication skills.
