Outline of Opportunity £26,000 - £28,000 per annum Permanent Contract Full-time role - 35 hours per week with flexible working. We are flexible on work pattern (what days and hours per week the role is carried out). Hybrid working: Linked to our Ewell (Surrey) office with home working and the option to work from our London office in EC3R. In-person working: Meeting in person and working collaboratively are things we value. From Jan 2025, staff are expected to work in person around 2 days per month. Key Responsibilities As a Fundraising Assistant, you’ll be a key member of our team: Call listening and quality assurance of fundraising calls. Circulating a weekly round up of our results. Supporting the setup of new projects through admin support, schedule management, and drafting briefs Supporting on delivery of our BAU / Always on campaigns and communications. Specifically, Lead gen, Paid Search, Welcome Journeys, Mailings and Digital Ads. Update and management of the expenditure tracker Supporting with creative and copy as required. About You This is a varied role that encompasses many forms of supporter recruitment and engagement, so the ideal candidate would be someone that is keen to learn more about new fundraising products and likes lots of variety in their day to day work. The role would suit someone who actively looks for solutions to a problem, has an analytical way of approaching things and is interested in data analysis to improve or refine a project. The candidate will ideally be someone who has strong organisational skills in order to assist a busy team to deliver ambitious targets to grow and develop the direct marketing program.
