Route 1 are currently looking for an internal payroll Clerk, on either a full or part time basis. Due to growth we would like someone with payroll experience to join our team and assist with inputting payroll as well as raising invoices.
Your daily duties will include, however will not be limited to:-
- Inputting and processing payroll for 40+ clients per week, including holiday entitlements.
- Raising and issuing invoices.
- Assist with chasing client documents.
- Chase invoices and payments.
- Deal with all payroll queries.
- Identify mistakes with clock cards.
Requirements of the role:-
- Experience with Sage.
- Experience with processing payments and on line banking for business'.
- Computer Literate.
- Organised and able to manage own work load.
We require a candidate who is flexible with working days, and is able to communicate with internal teams where missing documents or information may arise. To be successful in this role you must have good customer service skills.
Hours of work would be negotiable for the right candidate. Full or Part Time role is available.
