Duties * Manage and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices. * Handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to ensure all information is up to date. * Provide clerical support such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents. * Maintain effective phone etiquette while communicating with clients, contractors, and suppliers * Ordering of materials and chasing of PO Numbers Qualifications * Previous experience in an administrative role within the construction industry is essential. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal. * Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in data entry tasks. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong clerical skills.
