Role 1: Teacher of the SRP for Children with Communication and Interaction Difficulties
1. As the teacher of our Specialist Resource Provision (SRP), you will work with children who have communication and interaction needs, delivering tailored, high-quality teaching in a supportive and nurturing environment.
2. You'll work closely with a team of professionals, including teaching assistants and speech therapists, to deliver individualized lessons that cater to each child's unique learning needs.
Role 2: Lead Teacher for Transition Classes for Children with a Variety of Needs
1. Step into a leadership role where you'll guide and inspire two transition classes, helping students develop crucial skills as they progress through their learning journey.
2. You'll lead a team of educators and support staff, ensuring that every student receives the right support at the right time.

1. A qualified teacher (QTS) with experience working with children with SEN.
2. Passion for making a positive impact on students with diverse needs.
3. Strong leadership skills (for the Lead Teacher role) and the ability to work as part of a team.
4. Creative, adaptable, and able to engage children with different learning styles.
