Today, most of their projects are focused on solar installations as well as residential construction.
The role:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who will interact with many different people. The goal is to listen and evaluate how to help the client most effectively. You will:
1. Provide information about the products and services that best suit the customer's needs.
2. Open an account if it is not already set up, enter work order information, and schedule the job.
3. When our technician has completed the job, close the order by creating an invoice and sending it to the customer.
4. Attend phone calls and emails.
5. Answer questions about a part for a job, payments or simply acknowledge receipt of an order.
6. Upload payments to our system and investigate invoices that are still open.
7. Contact the client to check the status of delayed payments.
Requirements:
1. At least 2 years of experience in the Customer Service field working fully remote.
2. Highly skilled in work organization and attention to details.
3. Excellent communication skills with attitude to provide the best customer service.
4. Fluent English level.
5. Available to work overlapping with the Pacific time zone (PST).
