This role is based in Pulborough and offers a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary ranging from £28,000 to £30,000 based on experience.Key Responsibilities:- Assessing and completing qualifying questionnaires- Compiling essential month-end client reports- Efficiently managing in-house systems and schedules- Creating crucial job numbers and safety processes- Streamlining invoice processing and maintaining accurate records- Assisting with annual COSHH and Policy reviews, as well as updating necessary folders- Handling and processing valuable client feedback- Coding invoices for approval and accurately inputting them into Sage- Managing and elevating social media presence by creating engaging posts and sharing captivating photosDesired Skills and Experience:- Exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with managers, skilled workers, customers, and suppliers- A team player attitude with a willingness to collaborate and assist colleagues across different teams- Drive and determination to achieve results, demonstrating adaptability and enthusiasm in addressing changing priorities- Confident and friendly customer service approach, delivering positive and prompt responses to customer inquiries- Proficient IT skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook, and familiarity with Sage Accounts would be advantageous.
