Waiter / Waitress
From £12.00 up to £13.50 per hour
**36 hours per week, including alternate weekends (includes paid breaks) **
Introduction
We’re looking for a friendly and outgoing waiter/waitress to join our team and become a valued part of day-to-day life in our home Wellington Grange in Chichester, West Sussex.
You’ll take pride in providing a personal, friendly and efficient service at each dining event. You’ll lead our residents through a unique and exciting food journey, building lasting relationships along the way. You will also assist the Kitchen team in meal preparation by washing, peeling, cutting, and chopping various food items and helping maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
You’ll support the chef by delivering their tasty delights from the nutritious daily menu using fresh local produce and ingredients, helping make a meaningful difference to the health and well-being of our residents each and every day.
We always look to inspire, develop and motivate our staff through a successful succession plan.
