Position: Admin Assistant Matrix Personnel Group Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our client's team on a full-time, permanent basis. As an Admin Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our clients company. Responsibilities: - Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, managing emails, and filing paperwork - Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner - Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for company executives - Maintain and update company databases and records - Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other company documents - Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations - Order and maintain office supplies and equipment - Monitor and maintain office cleanliness and organization - Assist with special projects and events as needed Qualifications: - Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Professional and friendly demeanor - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Fixed Day shift 7:30 am till 4pm Mon to Thursday Friday early finish 7:30am till 1pm Free Parking Matrix Personnel Group Ltd acts as an employment business for the supply of temporary workers and as an employment agency for permanent recruitment.
