A leading national multi-disciplinary consultancy is looking for an experienced CDM Advisor to join their fast expanding team in Scotland.
With a wide client base and projects ranging across multiple sectors, including retail, industrial, hospitality and education, this is an exciting opportunity for a CDM professional to work locally on a range of challenging and diverse projects.
The CDM Advisor Role
As the new CDM Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with CDM Regulations across a variety of projects. This will include providing expert advice to clients and design teams, conducting site visits, reviewing health and safety documentation, and fulfilling the role of Principal Designer where required. You will be working closely with clients to mitigate risk from the design stage through to project completion.

The Successful CDM Advisor
1. Minimum 2 years' experience in a CDM or Principal Designer role
2. NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent qualification
3. Strong understanding of CDM regulations
4. Previous experience working within a consultancy environment is desirable
5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients, designers, and contractors
6. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Scotland
