1. Providing administrative support to the Construction Director.
2. Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and organising meetings.
3. Preparing essential reports and presentations for meetings.
4. Handling confidential documents and maintaining discretion at all times.
5. Coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth communication.
6. Assisting with special projects as needed.
7. Dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
8. Making travel arrangements.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Personal Assistant should have:
