You'll work together with an experienced and welcoming team, to create a great employee experience at KINTO through:
* Collaborating with managers to attract, hire and retain great people
* Meeting with new starters and leavers to ensure the best start to their KINTO journey
* Supporting wellbeing, belonging, diversity, equity, and inclusion and associated initiatives
* Supporting with employee relations, such as absence and/or performance improvement
* Answering queries and providing data insight e.g. regional reporting, DE&I, staff listing, leavers, movers' reports
* Supporting the team with processes and checklists
* Checking the monthly payroll submission
* Maintaining the people related policies
* Joining projects teams, supporting the culture of continuous improvement
Requirements
* CIPD qualified desirable
* Previous HR Advisor experience
* Knowledge of current employment legislation
* Recruitment experience
* Experience of working within a busy and corporate company
