About the opportunity:
We are seeking an individual to perform the following:
* Report to the site manager to assist on the management of the site.
* Ensure the project adheres to the schedule and complies with health and safety regulations.
* Maintain a strong focus on quality assurance.
* Assist in monitoring the quality of workmanship to ensure it meets the project specifications and standards.
About the benefits and rewards:
The salary will be dependent on the level of exposure to the residential industry. The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary in the region of up to £48k DOE. In addition to the basic salary there will be further company benefits.
About the requirements:
* Proven experience in site delivery, overseeing projects from start to finish.
* SMSTS certification required.
* 5 GCSE’s at Grade C/4 or above along with industry requirements.
* CSCS certification required.
* Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
* Strong leadership skills.
