Role Overview
As a Quality Systems Technologist, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with corporate, customer, and regulatory standards through audits, inspections, and process improvements. You will play a key role in maintaining Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental standards while supporting cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate the internal audit program.
* Conduct factory-based food safety and quality inspections.
* Monitor and trend internal and external non-conformances.
* Manage traceability audits and compliance assessments.
* Support the Quality function in responding to technical data requests.
* Ensure site documentation meets company and customer requirements.
* Deliver training on quality and sanitation to production teams.
* Assist in HACCP, TACCP, and VACCP compliance.
* Work cross-functionally to resolve non-conformances and drive continuous improvement.
Desirable
* Diploma/Degree in Food Science or a related field.
* Previous experience in food manufacturing and quality assurance.
* Strong problem-solving ability, excellent communication, and time management skills.
* Understanding of Food Safety & Quality Management Systems, H&S policies, and ISO 14001.
* Food Hygiene Level 4, IOSH Managing Safely.
