This opportunity would be ideal for a Bid Coordinator, Submissions Coordinator, or Proposals Specialist with proven experience in the architecture or construction industry and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.

Duties:
1. Coordinate and deliver bespoke bid submissions for allocated tenders, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
2. Develop and evaluate winning strategies in collaboration with sector directors.
3. Lead the preparation of bids and proposals, maintaining adherence to established processes and deadlines.
4. Organize bid-related meetings and manage resources for effective submissions.
5. Oversee the tender program, ensuring compliance with company procedures and timelines.
6. Support the marketing manager with tasks such as event planning, awards submissions, and general marketing admin.
7. Arrange and coordinate project photo and video shoots with external photographers.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Bid Coordinator, ideally within the construction industry.
2. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage a diverse workload.
3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Open Asset is a plus.
4. Excellent copywriting skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple deadlines.
