The role
This corporate department is one of the top practices nationally outside of London.
The team benefits from strong specialist support in intellectual property, IT, finance/banking, regulatory, employment, pensions, real estate and tax. They have significant international reach, with well-established links in the major jurisdictions in Europe and the US with tried and tested firms of similar quality and size to theirs.
Clients include mid-tier businesses (quoted and owner-managed), household name PLCs and other major international groups, and high-net-worth private clients.

Requirements
1. You will be a Corporate Lawyer with 3+ years PQE
2. You will have sat at least one training seat in a well-respected corporate department
3. You should have first-class communication skills
4. You should have a meticulous eye for detail
5. Salary is very competitive and negotiable depending on your level of PQE, plus an excellent benefits package
