Advancing People Multilingual - Recruitment Specialists are now recruiting for an Italian Speaking Customer Service Advisor / Account Coordinator on a hybrid basis.
As an Italian Speaking Account Coordinator / Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for working with customers, primarily those based in the Italian and Spanish speaking regions, providing excellent customer service via phone, live-chat, and email, ensuring enquiries are dealt with in a prompt and professional manner.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Manage existing relationships with clients: Retailers/Online Retailers
2. Deliver high quality customer service
3. Assist with new customer enquiries
4. Process orders received via telephone, fax, e-mail, or internet
5. Be proactive in the area of customer retention
Person Specification:
1. Fluent in Italian
2. Strong customer focus and professional approach
3. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
4. Ability to work effectively as part of a team
5. Good computer skills
6. Positive 'can do' attitude
This is a full-time permanent position offering an annual salary of £24,000 + attractive company benefits.
The role offers flexibility to work from home / Remote working: 2 days office based in Nottingham, 3 days remote each week.
