Description Key Responsibilities: Data Entry & Record Maintenance: Update and maintain accurate records for new starters, leavers, and employee data across systems. Provide weekly reports and ensure accurate attendance tracking for both weekday and weekend shifts. Temporary Staffing & Shift Coordination: Communicate relevant information to staffing agencies. Record and manage employee shift change requests, ensuring they are accurately logged and communicated to the necessary personnel. Data Accuracy & Reporting: Perform regular cross-checks between all used tools to ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date. Investigate attendance discrepancies, particularly in cases where attendance varies from planned schedules. Generate and review employee scan time and performance-related reports, identifying operational issues or areas for improvement, and ensuring discrepancies are addressed promptly. General Team Support: Provide support to the Planning Team in case of absence, ensuring continuity in record maintenance and reporting activities. Skills and Qualifications: · Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. · Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously while ensuring data accuracy. · Strong communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external staffing agencies. · Experience in attendance management and performance reporting is a plus. · Proficient in Microsoft Excel or similar tools for data tracking and reporting.
