Role: Quantity Surveyor - Civil Engineering
Location: Aldershot, Hampshire
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + Package

They are looking for a professional, team player who is eager to expand their expertise across various areas of Civil Engineering. Working closely with the SQS, you’ll join a supportive, tight-knit team with a strong work culture, based in their Hampshire office, where collaboration and growth are highly valued.
Key Duties:
* Applications: Preparing and submitting accurate applications for payment.
* Processing Variations: Identifying and valuing changes, ensuring these are communicated to clients in a professional manner.
* Contract Reviews: Reviewing contracts from clients to identify risks and ensure compliance.
* CVRs (Cost Value Reconciliations): Understanding CVRs (experience not essential, but knowledge required).
* Reconciliations: Ensuring accurate financial tracking and reporting.
* Invoice Requests: Working closely with the finance team to process requests for invoices.
Ideal Candidate:
* Personable and approachable with excellent communication skills.
* Capable of building strong client relationships without being confrontational.
* Experienced in handling multiple smaller projects within the civils and rail sectors.
* Comfortable working independently and managing your own workload effectively.
* Full Driving License
