The voice team’s goal is to build world class voice products that empower retail associates by making in-store communication easier and more intuitive. This area focuses on voice services, AI integration, and voice activation - key technologies that are reshaping how retail businesses communicate and operate. This role is not about simply managing a backlog or executing tasks handed down from leadership. As a Senior Product Manager it's about owning the product vision, deeply understanding customer needs, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. What we're looking for A strong foundation in product management principles with at least 5 years of experience in building technology products. An understanding of the unique challenges of voice-first products and a proven track record of successfully launching voice and telephony products/services, managing the full product lifecycle from inception to post-launch monitoring and enhancements. An understanding of voice interfaces and AI frameworks such as large language models or machine learning systems. Telephony/voice exposure including: Twilio (or similar), telephony concepts (SIP, VOIP, PSTN, PBX, IVR), voice AI concepts (TTS, NLU, ASR), third party UC solutions (MS Teams, Zoom, Cisco). Exceptional collaboration skills, with experience of working closely with Senior/Lead engineers to build maintainable, high quality software. Additionally, a strong ability to work effectively across engineering, design, and business teams in an agile environment. Data-Driven & Analytical Mindset: Proficient in leveraging data and analytics to guide product decisions, set KPIs, and track progress. Agile Product Management: Solid understanding of agile methodologies and experience in managing agile teams or working within agile frameworks. User-Centric Design: A deep commitment to building solutions that focus on customer needs, with an eye for enhancing the user experience and driving high adoption rates. Pragmatism and Focus: You balance ambition with realism, ensuring product decisions are both innovative and solve real end user problems. Adaptability: You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and pivoting strategies when market conditions or customer needs evolve. What you'll do Own the Product Vision: Develop and articulate a compelling vision for the Voice product area that aligns with VoCoVo’s broader strategy.
