What you'll be doing
1. Be the central point of contact for contractors, suppliers, and team members, ensuring smooth communication across our Warm Homes programme
2. Administer programme management systems, issue works orders, and track contractor delivery to ensure timely, high-quality completion
3. Process and reconcile invoices, ensuring all work meets agreed standards before payment is approved
4. Monitor contractor performance against KPIs, quickly identifying and flagging issues to maintain programme momentum
5. Support procurement processes, ensuring compliance with Curo's strategies for value, quality, and customer satisfaction
6. Manage secure storage of regulatory certificates and contract documentation, maintaining audit trails throughout the programme
7. Coordinate customer appointments efficiently, maximising productive site visits while minimising disruption to residents
8. Assist with customer queries and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution and positive experiences
