Your new role
1. Conduct thorough credit assessments and ensurepliance with credit policies and procedures.
2. Actively monitor and manage customer credit limits, ensuring appropriate actions are taken to mitigate potential risks.
3. Proactivelymunicate with customers to resolve outstanding payment issues, negotiate repayment terms, and establish payment plans.
4. Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, payments, and transactions.
5. Collaborate closely with internal teams such as sales and customer service to resolve any credit-related concerns.
6. Prepare regular reports and analysis on credit control activities, highlighting trends and rmending improvements.
What you'll need to succeed
7. Proven experience as a Credit Controller, with a strong understanding of credit control principles and practices.
8. Sound knowledge of credit risk assessment, debt collection, and legal regulations.
9. Excellentmunication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
10. Proficiency in using credit control software and MS Office suite.
11. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
12. Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
