Job Title: Commercial Demolition/Strip Out Labourer
Location: Preston, UK
Salary: £14.65 per hour

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in the construction industry? We are currently seeking skilled Labourers to work on commercial demolition and strip-out projects in Preston.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the demolition and strip-out of commercial buildings.
2. Safely operate hand and power tools as instructed.
3. Remove debris and materials from job sites.
4. Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements:
5. Valid CSCS card.
6. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including hard hat, steel-toe boots, and high-visibility vest.
7. Previous experience in construction or demolition preferred but not required.
8. Ability to work well in a team environment.
9. Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labour tasks.
