YHROCU are looking to recruit a full time performance analyst to join the ROCTA (Regional Organised Crime Threat Assessment) unit. Through a standardised national framework, the ROCTA provide a single regional capability to assess the threat, risk and harm of serious and organised crime.
As a performance analyst within this team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective collation, accurate recording and monitoring of data quality. This is essential to the development and provision of performance products, that assess the overall effectiveness of the regional response to serious and organised crime. You will be working with the YH ROCU, the four YH Forces and other Law Enforcement Agencies in order to analyse and evaluate regional demand and performance.
The performance analyst will be required to develop processes and products to maximise disruption recording opportunities through training, advising and the management of disruption data relating to serious and organised crime. The performance analyst will manage and develop dashboards within APMIS (Agency and Partner Information System), presenting analytical data and analysis both orally and in written format.
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level in a relevant subject with a quantitative element or relevant experience in a related field. Experience of using statistical techniques and tools appropriate to performance management would be advantageous including extensive experience with Power BI or Structured Query Language.
