An excellent opportunity to join one of the UK’s largest growers and processors of fresh vegetables. Be part of a small but busy team reporting straight into the FD.
Our client is looking for an experienced and motivated individual with payroll and accounts management experience.
Job Responsibilities:
* Assist in processing payroll
* Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
* Respond to employee queries regarding pay, deductions, and benefits
* Assist in preparing payroll reports
* Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure payroll accuracy
* Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
* Assist with accounts preparation
* Post cash book, purchase and sales ledger transactions
Requirements:
* Experience in payroll processing or a similar administrative role
* Experience /Knowledge of Xero accounting, Sage payroll or similar software
* Good Excel skills
* Understanding of payroll compliance requirements
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Full Time, Permanent Role
Monday – Friday: Hours 8.00am-4.30pm flexi/hybrid working available
Salary: Dependent upon experience
