Zupps Aspley have a vacancy for a Service Advisor to join the busy team.
The successful applicant will demonstrate a professional approach, passion, willingness to follow process and an eager attitude to provide an exceptional experience for our customers. We will give you the tools and the training to be successful in this role. Reporting directly to the Service Manager, this will be a dynamic and rewarding position.

About this role:
1. Connect with customers at the desk and over the phone, build rapport quickly and act with integrity - always
2. Deliver an exceptional customer experience with a high level of professionalism
3. Use your owner’s mindset to manage your time, prioritise the important tasks and ensure that you meet service deadlines
4. Be agile and flexible to change, things move pretty quickly here
5. Keep customers up to date on the servicing of their vehicle
6. Liaise with the team to ensure jobs are completed within the allocated time
7. Obtain accurate pricing and prepare invoices
8. Handle complaints and ensure prompt issue resolution
9. While Service Advising experience is highly desirable, all automotive & customer service experience will be considered
