Location: Based in the Glasgow office 4 days per week during onboarding, reducing to 3 days per week thereafter, with occasional travel to Edinburgh for company meet-ups.

About the role:
We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer with a passion for print design to join our Custom Design and Print team. This role is an exciting opportunity for an early-career designer to work on point-of-sale and marketing materials for some of the world’s leading wine and spirits brands.
As part of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the design and production of high-quality print assets, ensuring designs are visually compelling, brand-compliant, and meet industry-specific regulations. You will gain hands-on experience in print production, file preparation, and collaboration with internal teams and vendors.
This role is perfect for a detail-oriented designer who is eager to develop their technical skills and grow within a fast-paced, high-volume design environment.
What you’ll do:
* Assist in the creation of print designs across multiple formats, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
* Prepare print-ready files, including bleed, resolution, dielines, and colour settings for various printing methods.
* Support the design team in managing multiple projects, helping to meet tight deadlines.
* Help gather and organize branded assets for use in design projects.
* Work closely with the Custom Success team and Implementation Director to source missing assets when required.
* Assist in setting up basic print templates as needed.
* Work alongside midweight and senior designers, receiving feedback and mentorship to improve your skills.
* Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and print partners to ensure smooth project execution.
* Gain exposure to compliance regulations related to alcohol advertising and marketing.
What you’ll bring:
* 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, ideally with a focus on print.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
* Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in file preparation and design execution.
* Basic understanding of print production processes, including resolution, colour profiles, and file formatting.
* Ability to follow brand guidelines and ensure consistency across designs.
* Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn from experienced designers.
* Familiarity with workflow management tools (Asana, Monday, Trello) is a plus.
* Interest in design within the beverage industry (preferred).
