Our client are an expanding organisation based in Bicester who are looking to add to their established team. The Claims Assistant position is available on a hybrid, full time basis and will be based out of the organisations HQ in Bicester. This position would be a great move for anyone with a strong background in office based customer service and administration experience. Any exposure to an insurance related position would be highly advantageous but not essential. The business is a stable but growing set up with a collaborative, team focused culture. The Claims Assistant will join a team of 4 and will have a clear progression and development path. This includes the opportunity to complete industry specific qualifications that will be fully funded. The Claims Assistant will be responsible for partnering the businesses clients who have experienced issues that require insurance support. Liaising with clients over the phone and email, the Claims Assistant will process claims, provide solutions and seek to ensure all documentation is received and processed correctly. The salary on offer is between £24,500 and £30,000 depending on experience and qualifications. Applicants who do not have a CII (Chartered Insurance Institute) will not be eligible for a salary above £25,500. However, the business will fund the qualification for the successful applicant and pay rises will be provided in alignment to the qualification.
