Role overview:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Floor Manager with strong leadership and communication abilities to guide their team towards achieving sales and KPI targets whilst providing unparalleled service.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and inspire team members through effective communication and setting clear expectations. Showcase continuous support throughout their career progression journey, consequently building a motivated and high performing team.
2. Collaborate with Senior Management to strategize, implement and track the most effective operational processes within the store to drive sales and exceed KPI targets.
3. Oversee the store's daily floor operational needs. Constantly evolve required staff headcount, placement and abilities to ensure all daily targets are met.
Role Objectives and KPI’s:
1. Support the store management team in ensuring the store achieves the highest level of customer satisfaction by driving and maintaining exceptional service standards and promptly addressing customer needs.
2. Drive store sales through effective merchandising, stock replenishment & team motivation.
3. Monitor and drive all key performance indicators such as Sales, Conversion, Units and more.
4. Support the Store Management team in optimizing financial performance of the store by effectively managing costs, including audit compliance and wage cost.
5. Foster a positive work environment by leading, mentoring, and developing store colleagues to enhance their performance and engagement.
Skills and Experience:
Demonstrated experience in a people leadership role with evidence of ability to adapt management styles to various store colleague needs.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on store requirements.
A strategic mindset with proven evidence of tracking and developing business processes in order to increase store success.
